Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi
I am an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, practising in the areas of corporate and commercial law with a developing focus on commercial disputes and alternative dispute resolution.
I graduated in law from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and hold a degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. I have also completed advanced statutory training under the Company Secretary curriculum. This integrated academic and statutory background has given me a structured understanding of company law compliance, corporate governance frameworks, regulatory systems, and the commercial realities within which corporate legal issues arise.
My work is grounded in corporate advisory and commercial legal practice. It includes company law and governance compliance, drafting and interpretation of commercial contracts, preparation of governance documentation, and regulatory analysis. Over time, my practice has developed a clear orientation towards examining how deficiencies in drafting, compliance, or governance evolve into commercial conflicts, and how such disputes are best addressed through disciplined, process-driven mechanisms, including arbitration and other forms of structured resolution.
I approach legal work with analytical rigour and procedural discipline. Precision in drafting, careful statutory interpretation, and early identification of legal and commercial risk form the core of my practice philosophy. I believe that effective corporate and commercial lawyering requires both technical accuracy and commercial awareness, and I position my work at the intersection of these considerations.
I work with founders, small and medium enterprises, law firms, and dispute-focused teams that value strong legal fundamentals, structured documentation, and a principled approach to corporate and commercial legal practice, including dispute prevention and resolution.
